1: Best Game Overall
It’s Ookami to Koushinryou - Boku to Holo no Ichinen!1
It’s a game with cute wolf girls, (my favourite) NDS graphics styles, (somehow) wonderful OST, creative mechanics and a lovely story of passion. It is also the game with the highest rating in 2021. I even made a fangame for it!
2: Best Game System(Normal)
It’s Rune Factory 5!!
Rune factory 5’s game system inherits from the famous game Rune Factory 4, including forging, farming, combating, mating and other various systems. Not to mention that RF5 makes an addition of QoL stuff like quick pickup, instant travelling. No matter big or small, it worths the praise.
3: Best Game System(STG)
It’s Touhou 18!!
Touhou 18’s card system brings Roguelike element to the game, making it more fun to replay and try different combinations! It’s not messy yet powerful.
4: Best Game OST(Normal)
It’s Monster Hunter Rise!!
Needless to say, Capcom’s music is awesome. From the relaxing vocal song in the village to the fightful battle theme, every song is wonderful and worth replaying for 1k times!
Fun fact: Capcom composed one song for each popular large monster. Better than 80% games which uses the same song again and again.
5: Best Game OST(STG)
It’s Touhou 18!!
I just like ZUN’s music style. It matches me perfectly.
6: Best Story(Normal)
It’s わるい王様とりっぱな勇者!!
It includes a cute story with a lot of tension, a lovely ending and many turnings and tension. I love it from the PV and introduction. It might not be the best game, but it has a rather interesting story.
7: Best Story(STG)
It’s Touhou 18!!
Well, actually I don’t pay attention to Touhou Doujin STG’s story, so ZUN’s might be the best one. Compared to TH17, this time it’s also very complex, including a somehow complicated relatioship between characters.
